Cardfolio help
What's the collection summary email, and how do I change it?
Every Monday morning Cardfolio emails you a short report on your collection: what you added that week and any medals you earned, what it's worth and how that changed, the cards that actually moved the money, the master set you're closest to finishing, and a few movers from the market you collect in.
The week's change covers the cards you already held and that we have a price for from a week ago. Cards priced for the first time this week are in your total but not in the change, and if some of the change rests on prices we haven't corroborated yet, the email says how much. That's why the figure sometimes differs from simply subtracting last week's total.
It's on by default, and only goes to confirmed email addresses with at least one card in the collection. On the US market the movers sections are left out for now, because that ranking is built on UK sales data.
With Pro the summary says more: when one card is most of the week's change it says which, the master set you're closest to finishing comes with the cheapest missing cards and a running total (and a spare of yours that would cover some of them), and in a week when nothing moved more than 5% it says how many cards and sets it looked at. On Free, for a collection of 10 cards or more, it can end with a single line about Pro, only when this week's change really did come from one card, and never more than once a week.
- Prefer it less often, or not at all? Profile → Settings → Email → "Collection summary" is one control with three choices: Off, Weekly or Monthly.
- Or tap Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email — no sign-in needed. It opens a page with one Unsubscribe button; press it and it takes effect straight away. The same page offers a monthly summary instead, if it was only the frequency you minded.
- Changed your mind? Switch it back on in Settings.
