Cardfolio help

A page says it "hit a snag"

That screen means one page crashed while it was being drawn. It's a display problem, not a data problem — your collection is stored safely on our side and isn't touched by it.

1. Tap "Reload app". That fixes it nearly every time.
2. "Try again without reloading" is quicker if you'd rather stay where you are.
3. If the same page fails again, open "Technical details", copy what it says, and email it to us with the page you were on. That text tells us exactly what broke.
