How do I contact Cardfolio?

Email hello@tcgmartlondon.com. A real person at TCG Mart London reads every message — there's no ticket queue, no chatbot and no phone line, and we don't take post. The button at the bottom of this page starts an email with your plan and market already filled in, which saves a round of questions.

Bug reports, missing cards, prices that look wrong, feature ideas and plain feedback are all welcome at the same address. For a bug, tell us the page, your device and browser, and what you expected to happen.

Formal complaints are acknowledged within two business days, and privacy requests are answered within a month. Locked out of your email? Write from any address and include your Trainer name — we'll verify you another way.
