I can't sign in

1. Check you're using the same method you signed up with — password, or the Google button.
2. Use "Forgot password" if you're unsure of your password.
3. Check the email address for typos, including a stray trailing space.
4. Try a private/incognito window, which rules out a stale saved session.
5. If you've lost access to the email address itself, email us from any address with your Trainer name — we'll verify you another way.
