Cardfolio help

The app is slow, or a page won't load

A big collection means a lot of card artwork, which is usually what a slow page actually is.

1. Reload the page.
2. Close other heavy tabs, especially on an older phone.
3. Switch off select mode if it's on, and clear any active filters.
4. Try a different network — a weak connection shows up as slowness before it shows up as an error.
5. If a specific page fails every time, tell us which one and on what device.
