Cardfolio help

The app is showing old information

Cardfolio keeps a local copy of your collection so it opens instantly and still works offline. Occasionally that copy is what you're looking at.

1. Reload the page. There's no pull-to-refresh — on a home-screen install, close the app fully and reopen it.
2. Check the line under your collection value — "Offline" or "Couldn't refresh" means you're seeing your last saved figures.
3. Check your connection, then reload again.
4. Fully close the app or tab and reopen it.
5. If it persists across a full restart, email us — it isn't something you should have to work around.
