I added a card and I can't see it

Nine times out of ten it's there and something is filtering it out of view — a binder you're inside, an active condition filter, or a sort that's put it somewhere you weren't looking.

1. Make sure you're on All cards rather than inside a binder.
2. Clear any condition filter or search text.
3. Sort by "Recently added" — a card you've just added should be at the top.
4. Reload the page (or fully close and reopen the app if it's on your home screen).
5. Still missing? Email us with the card name and roughly when you added it.
