It says my account has been suspended

A suspended account can't sign in or use any signed-in part of Cardfolio. Nothing is deleted — your collection, binders and values are all still there, and they come back exactly as they were if the suspension is lifted.

We suspend accounts rarely — for abuse of the service, or a breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy. If you believe yours is a mistake, email us from the address on the account and a person will look at it.
