How do I sign out?
Profile → Settings → Account → Sign out. That ends your session on the device you're using; other devices you're signed in on stay signed in.
To sign out everywhere at once — a lost phone, a shared computer you forgot about — change your password. That ends every session on every device, and only the new password gets back in.
