How do I change my email or password?

Both live in Profile → Settings → Account. Changing your email sends a verification link to the new address, and the change only takes effect once you click it — so a typo can't lock you out.

Both changes ask for your current password first.

If you signed up with Google and have never set a password, you won't see either row — your email is managed by your Google account. To change that, first set a password with "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen; the two rows then appear.
