It couldn't identify my card at all
When it isn't sure, it says so rather than adding a wrong card: you'll see "Is it one of these?" with its closest guesses — tap yours if it's there — or "Couldn't read that card" when it has none to offer.
The usual causes are glare, a heavily played or damaged card whose artwork is obscured, or a card genuinely not in the catalogue yet.
- Try once more with the card flat, well lit and filling the frame.
- If it's a very old, damaged or unusual promo, search the catalogue by name and add it by hand.
- If the catalogue doesn't have it either, email us with the card name, set and number — missing cards get added.
