Cardfolio help

How many cards can I import at once?

A single file can hold up to 5,000 rows on any plan — comfortably more than the largest collection on Cardfolio today. If yours is bigger still, split it and import in parts — there's no limit on how many times you can import.

Free can commit up to 500 cards per import (counting quantities, so one row of quantity 3 uses three). Pro lifts that to 10,000 cards per import. If a preview exceeds the Free cap, one tap keeps the first 500 and drops the rest — you don't have to upgrade, and you don't have to prune by hand.
