Cardfolio help
My spreadsheet's prices are in a different currency
Cardfolio records what you paid in your market's currency — pounds on the UK market, dollars on the US one. It does not convert your file, because an exchange rate today isn't the rate you actually paid at.
If the file's prices are in another currency — dollars, pounds, euros, yen — the review step says so and offers you the choice: import the numbers unchanged, or import the cards without a purchase price. Either way the cards themselves come in — only the cost basis is affected.
Importing unchanged means your profit/loss figure is wrong until you correct those prices. Skipping them means it's simply blank, which is usually the better starting point. (Profit/loss is currently shown on the UK market only.)
