Cardfolio help
How does the value chart work?
The chart is built from the price history of the cards you hold right now: one point a day, each day's total being every card at its most recent known price. Today's point is always your live total, so the end of the line matches the number above it.
Because it's drawn from the cards' own history, a new collection usually gets a chart straight away. It shows what today's collection would have been worth on each day — so adding a valuable card lifts the whole line, not just today. It needs at least two days of price data to draw anything.
The chart follows the market you've selected. Free shows the last 90 days; Pro opens the longer ranges, all the way back to the day your first card was priced.
A dotted marker labelled "Valuation basis updated" shows a day we changed how values are worked out. A step in the line on that day is the method changing, not the market moving.
