Cardfolio help

What's a Trainer name and where does it show?

It's how you appear when you share a collection or a trade — the name on your Collector Card. It's the only personal detail a visitor sees; your email address never is.

You choose it when you first set up, and it's permanent — once confirmed it can't be changed, so pick one you're happy to be known by. It doesn't affect signing in, which always uses your email or Google.

If yours genuinely has to change — it contains your real name, say — email us and we'll look at it.
