Which parts of trading are Pro?
Building a trade, seeing both sides' totals and the difference between them, and sharing it with a link, are all free and unlimited. What's metered is the verdict panel — the fair / gain / lose call and how confident the prices behind it are. Free reveals 2 a calendar month, and publishing a trade reveals that one too, however many you've already used. Pro reveals every verdict and is what applies a finished trade to your collection.
A shared trade page always shows the verdict, whatever plan you're on — the person you're trading with should see the same assessment you do.
Nothing you've already built is taken away if you're on Free — you can still lay out a trade and read the two totals yourself.
