Cardfolio help
Can I get a valuation document of my collection?
Yes — Profile → Collection Valuation Report produces a dated, itemised PDF of every card you hold at current market value. It is a record of guide prices, not a formal appraisal, so if you need it for a third party, check what they accept.
Before it downloads you can say who it's for — a name, an address and a policy or reference number, all optional. They're printed on the PDF and kept nowhere else: Cardfolio doesn't store or log them. Leave them blank and the report is addressed to your username.
You can also choose what goes in it: your whole collection or a single binder; listed by value, by set or by name; and whether low-value items are listed one by one or summarised in a single line. Summarising never changes the total — the report always adds up to exactly what the app shows. After the cover comes a summary of where the value sits: by type (graded, ungraded, sealed, bulk), by set and by binder.
Every report carries a document id and a fingerprint. Anyone you give it to can enter the id at cardfolio.co.uk/verify and see the date, total and item count Cardfolio issued it for — so an altered copy shows up. That record holds no names and no list of your cards.
The full itemised report is a Pro feature. On Free the same dialog gives you page 1 as a preview — the cover, your totals and your top ten at today's values, watermarked Preview. The preview carries no document id, so it isn't a valuation document; the full report is. Either reflects your collection at the moment you export it, so re-export whenever your collection changes materially.
