Can Cardfolio tell me if a card is fake, or value a misprint?

No. The scanner identifies which card the artwork belongs to; it can't judge whether the card in your hand is genuine, and a good counterfeit will scan as the real thing. A Cardfolio value is never evidence of authenticity — if real money is involved, have the card checked by a grading company or a dealer you trust.

Misprints, miscuts and error cards aren't catalogued separately either. An error card scans as the ordinary version and takes the ordinary price, which for a sought-after error may be well short of what a specialist buyer would pay.
