How do I create a binder or start a master set?
Your collection page has a tile for each, at the end of its shelf. "New binder" creates an empty binder you name yourself; "Track a set" lets you pick an official set to start a master set against; "Track Pokémon" starts a Pokémon master set.
Binders and master sets are unlimited on every plan, including Free. Pokémon master sets are too, one per Pokémon — tracking one to the last card is part of Pro.
