Can I change lots of cards at once?

Yes. Turn on select mode in your collection (in a binder, switch to List first), tap the cards you want, and the action bar gives you four buttons: Move puts them in a binder, Remove takes them out of the binder you're in, Condition sets their condition, and Delete removes them from your collection.

Mind the difference between the last two. Remove only appears inside a binder and the cards stay in your collection; Delete takes them out of your collection, asks you to confirm, and offers Undo straight after.
